The Goldman Sachs Foundation supports programs for high potential middle and high school students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds with the goal of increasing the number of such students prepared to enroll in and succeed at selective colleges and universities. The Goldman Sachs Foundation Focus First Program was established to encourage the continued success of the alumni from these programs in college and beyond, through on-going leadership, entrepreneurial and developmental activities and interactions. The program is implemented by Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), and with the advice and support of involved non-profit and university developmental organizations.
